Does CardinalGPS LLC exist?

This may seem an odd question, given that their LinkedIn page and website are still live. But a correspondent tipped me off to this:

Turns out their Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) was dissolved by the state for failing to file an annual report.

Shocking, right? Who would believe that Amy Mulligan and Johnny Shull, the dynamic duo who brought us that astonishing convention chaos, would also be so utterly disorganized that they couldn’t do the bare minimum to keep their LLC going?

I’m not an attorney, but a quick search reveals that this is pretty serious. The LLC shields Mulligan and Shull from being sued for their personal assets for something the company did. Something like, gee, I don’t know, preventing multiple delegates from casting votes at the state convention or contractually failing to provide a promised product to NCGOP?

Once you lose your LLC, you’re supposed to stop conducting business, but reports from the convention indicate Mulligan and Shull were clearly involved in running the voting and thus conducting business. You’re also supposed to stop telling the public you have an LLC.

Oops:

If you’d like to file a complaint against CardinalGPS for misrepresenting themselves to the public as an LLC, you can find the NC Secretary of State complaint form at the bottom of this page.
